Hi, I’m Rebecca – Welcome to Peachy Counselling. Whatever the reason you’re considering counselling I’m pleased you’ve found your way here.
I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Mental Wellbeing Consultant and I hold a Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma and an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP). The ethical framework of the BACP guides my practice and I undertake regular supervision and professional development so you can be sure you’re in safe hands. In addition to working in private practice, I have experience of working in schools, charities, businesses and forensic settings. Within my community I am a mental health champion for a local running club and mental wellbeing lead governor for a secondary school.
It is important that you gain what you are hoping to from psychotherapy and I will tailor my approach to best meet your individual needs. I am passionate about the difference quality counselling and psychotherapy can make to our lives and feel incredibly privileged to have been able to be a part of so many peoples journey towards a happier life. I’m committed to helping you build lifelong skills that will not only help you not only today but in the future.
I regularly contribute to a wide variety of publications, providing expert commentary and insights on mental health related topics. My media pack and bio are available upon request. To find out more or to make an appointment please get in touch.
